Welcome to Pickleball Manager. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pickleball Manager website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. About Pickleball Manager
Pickleball Manager is a tournament and league management platform designed to help organizers, clubs, and players manage pickleball events, schedules, courts, matches, and related activities.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using Pickleball Manager, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts & Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Pickleball Manager reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Service for fraudulent or misleading purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
5. Tournaments, Leagues & Content
- Event organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of tournament details, schedules, rules, and results.
- Pickleball Manager does not guarantee match availability, court assignments, or event outcomes.
- You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Pickleball Manager a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for operating and promoting the Service.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
- Some features may require payment or a subscription.
- All fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Pickleball Manager may change pricing or plans with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, software, and design elements of Pickleball Manager are owned by or licensed to Pickleball Manager and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. Pickleball Manager is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Pickleball Manager makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or suitability for your specific needs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickleball Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pickleball Manager from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
